Our Name

Over time, Pinnacle has expanded beyond traditional claims administration, and required a broader definition than “Claims Management” could provide.

To help self-funded employers and the benefits consultants who guide them, we reprioritized how we show up in our industry, focusing on creating health care solutions that impact lives.

“Pinnacle Health Solutions” is a clear, concise name that strengthens our position in the marketplace by reducing confusion about how our services fit together and ensuring our brand is unified under a single, recognizable umbrella. It reflects who we are and the full breadth of support we provide.

This rebrand marks the next phase of our growth, aligning our identity with the momentum and commitment we have to show up as an established, full-service health benefits solutions company.

In copy where our name will be repeated multiple times, the first mention should be the full name followed by Pinnacle in parentheses: "Pinnacle Health Solutions (Pinnacle)". Then, "Pinnacle" can be used as an abbreviation in subsequent mentions. "Pinnacle Health" or “PHS” are never to be used as an abbreviation. Do not use any formerly used name (Pinnacle Claims Management, Pinnacle Health Management, Pinnacle Risk Management, Pinnacle Print & Transaction Solutions) and instead refer to the brand as “Pinnacle Health Solutions,” or “Pinnacle” where appropriate.
